ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.55 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 447 and 427 of I.P.C.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation has been completed and the same has been closed on 27.02.2016 as 'Mistake of Fact' and the R.C. notice has been served on the de-facto complainant on 26.03.2016.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
