[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu. The respondent has produced the detenu, who appeared before this Court and submitted that he went for masonry work. He would also admit that he did not inform to his wife and there was some misunderstanding between the couple. Today, we have advised him and he is willing to join with his wife and to take care of his minor children. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention. We have also advised the petitioner.
