CRL MP(MD) No.5708 of 2023 the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties (Common Surety) for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
