ORDER

The petitioner has filed a complaint before the respondents with regard to a missing document, however, the respondents have not registered any complaint and therefore, he has approached this Court. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the Director General of Police has already issued a circular in Rc.No.2029209/General.1 (1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022 issuing certain directions to the Police to deal with the complaints with regard to the issuance of Non-traceable Certificate. He further submits that the petitioner's application would be considered as per the said circular. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take a decision on the application of the petitioner as per the circular of the Director General of Police in Rc.No.2029209/General.1 (1)/2022 dated 01.04.2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
