ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 01.03.2016 in C.S.R.Receipt No.86 of 2016 on the file of the third respondent.

2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent that a case has been registered in Crime No.161 of 2016, for the offences under Sections 147, 448 and 506(ii) I.P.C. , on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016. The said statement is recorded.
