[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J] The petitioner is the husband of the detenue, who is present before us. We questioned the detenue and also the petitioner. There appears to be a little bit of mistrust between the couple on account of certain intervening circumstances. The Inspector of Police, Ayyapuram Police Station, Ayyapuram, Sankarankovil Taluk, Tirunelveli District, is directed to discreetly monitor the activities of the family members i.e. the petitioner, the petitioner's wife and the children, without intervening their privacy. With the above observation, the habeas corpus petition is disposed of.
