[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment made by the 5th

respondent by way of constructing a house by irregular manner in the Natham S.No.2847/25 at Jayamangalam Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent, on instructions, submitted that there are no encroachments in the place in question.

3. The abovesaid submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader as well as the learned counsel appearing for the fifth respondent are not refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Thus, recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned, if any other encroachments are noticed. No costs.
