This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 25.10.2018 passed in E.P.No.29 of 2017 in O.S.No. 103 of 2015 on the file of the District Munsif, Kovilpatti. 1/3
2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.
