Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.VEILKANI RAJU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that that earlier this Court by an order, dated 22.06.2020 anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to deposit Rs.10,000/- by way of Demand Draft in favour of the Dean, Thoothukudi Medical College Hospital, Thoothukudi on or before 07.07.2020. During the total lock down period, he could not appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 22.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.6475 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
