2. The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking a direction upon the respondents 1 and 2 to produce his wife, namely, Sornam, aged about 26 years and his minor daughter, namely, Dhansika, aged about 3 years, before this Court and set them at liberty.

3. The respondent Police produced the detenues before this Court.

4. The petitioner is the husband of the detenue Sornam and father of the detenue Minor.Dhansika. We have questioned the petitioner as well as the detenue. The petitioner suspects the character of the detenue Sornam, she is also not interested to go with the petitioner. Hence, we find that there is no illegal detention of the detenues.
