When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the judgment in O.S.No.27 of 2019 was delivered on 30.03.2024 by the learned Principal District Munsif, Palani and submitted that nothing survives further in the Civil Revision Petition. 2.Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
