Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MRS.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8917 of 2018, dated 04.06.2018 to execute the sureties before the concerned Magistrate Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. 3.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and executing the sureties is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
