It is seen from the records that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 31.01.2024, since the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner reported no instructions for the revision petitioner, the Registry was directed to print the name of the revision petitioner in the cause list. Despite name printed in the cause list, there was no representation for the revision petitioner on 14.02.2024 and hence, this Court ordered to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 27.02.2024 and even today (27.02.2024), there is no representation for the revision petitioner. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for 2/4
