ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.SRIMATHY, J.] Challenging the sale notice issued by the 1st respondent dated 24.02.2025, this Writ Petition is filed.
2.The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that as on 21.04.2025 the total outstanding amount comes to Rs.6,67,13,817.71/-. 3.This Court, vide order dated 28.03.2025, directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.50,00,000/- towards the loan account of his son to the respondent Bank on or before 09.04.2025 to show his bona fide. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as of now, the petitioner has paid a sum of Rs.3,54,85,000/- and the balance amount would be paid by the petitioner in ten
(10) equal monthly instalments.
4.Considering the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to pay the balance amount along with accrued interest in ten equal monthly instalments. As far as the interest portion is concerned, the petitioner shall negotiate with the respondent Bank. It is made
clear that if there is any default in any one of the instalment, the respondent Bank is at liberty to take action in accordance with law. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
