ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the fourth respondent to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 23.08.2015 and direct the fourth respondent to issue fresh notification including unapproved plots in the Sevugampatti Town Panchayat, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.The petitioner has given representation to the respondents for the above said relief. The panchayat has given details of several unapproved lay outs by way of notification. However, the lay out in Vetri Nagar does not find place in the said notification. The petitioner wants to include the lay out in Vetri Nagar in the above said notification. 3.At this juncture, we do not find any justification to direct the authorities to consider this plea unless the promoter of that lay out is impleaded. Even otherwise, the so-called promoter has to follow the procedure prescribed under law and get approval. If he does not get it, the fourth respondent is entitled to take action as per law. 4.In view of the above, we find no reason to entertain this writ petition in public interest. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
