This petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the petition, and the earlier order of this Court dated 30.08.2018, and, a letter submitted by the District Judge, Sivagangai in D.No.7584/2018/Ca/2018 dated 09.11.2018, and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.Antony Arulraj, Advocate for the petitioner, and of Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, Advocate for the Respondents, this Court made the following order:- By order dated 30.08.2018, this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the criminal original petition pending on his file, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of order.

2. The Court below has submitted a letter, dated 09.11.2018, whereby and whereunder stating some reasons, it requested further six months time to comply with the order dated 30.08.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.

4. Therefore, six months time is extended from today to comply with the order dated 30.08.2018.
