ORDER : The criminal original petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 04.06.2023 and the requisition letter of the Additional District and Sessions Judge (FAC), Mahalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Theni vide letter in D.No. 2766/2023, dated 21/07/2023 and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SAFAR BADHUSHA.K, Advocate for the Petitioner, this court made the following order: 1/3

By order dated 06.04.2023, this Court has directed the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sessions Judge (FAC), Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Theni, to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.72 of 2022 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Now, the learned Judge, Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sessions Judge (FAC), Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Theni, has sent a letter seeking extension of time to dispose of the case for a period of two months and has stated the reasons for the delay.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated therein, a period of two month is extended to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.72 of 2022 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sessions Judge (FAC), Mahalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court), Theni.
