O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent not to harass and interfere in the civil dispute of the petitioner, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by one Kala, petition enquiry is pending.

4. The petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
