This petition has been filed to quash the the proceedings in S.T.C.No.620 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Madurai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the case in S.T.C.No.620 of 2015 has been concluded by the trial Court and the petitioners have been acquitted by an order dated 14.08.2018. The learned counsel for the petitioners has produced a copy of the order passed in S.T.C.No.620 of 2015.
