ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who was arrested on 08.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) IPC in Crime NO. 210 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. The case of the prosecution is that victim girl is aged about 15 years and she was secured from the custody of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was wrongly roped in the present case and the petitioner has been in judicial custody from 08.04.2021 and therefore, he seeks bail.

5. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the investigation is at preliminary stage.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence and considering the fact that investigation is at preliminary stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
