O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to transfer the patta in the petitioner's name for the property in Survey Nos.106, 107 and 108/1 in Mukoodal Village, Cheranmahadevi Taluk, Tirunelveli District by considering the online application in CAN No.033291401650 vide application Nos.2018/0103/29/118718, 2018/0103/29/118755 and 2018/0103/29/118715 dated 09.06.2018 within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued the first respondent to verify the revenue and other records

as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
