CRL MP(MD) No.5648 of 2023 dismissed. However, time to comply with the conditions is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner fails to comply with the condition, anticipatory bail already granted to the petitioner stand automatically cancelled.
