These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to call for the records relating to the original petition in HMOP.Nos.418 and 442 of 2014 pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Thiruchirappalli and issue a direction to dispose the above HMOP within the time stipulated by this Court.

COMMON ORDER These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed to call for the records relating to the original petition in HMOP.Nos.418 and 442 of 2014, pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Thiruchirappalli and issue a direction to dispose the above HMOPs within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Since the petitioner has sought for the limited relief for early disposal of HMOPs, no notice need be sent to the respondents.

3. The revision petitioner, who is the wife, has filed HMOP.No.418 of 2014, on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Thiruchirappalli, for divorce. Subsequently, the respondent, husband has filed HMOP.No.442 of 2014, on the file of the Sub-Court, Thiruchirappalli, for restitution of conjugal rights. Now, both the HMOPs are pending before the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thiruchirapalli for joint trial and the same have been adjourned periodically without any progress from 2014 onwards. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition seeking a direction to dispose the HMOP.Nos.418 and 422 of 2014 within a stipulated time.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioner, without going into the merits and demerits of the allegation raised by the revision petitioner, these civil revision petitions are disposed of with the following directions: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thiruchirapalli, is directed to dispose of HMOPs.No.442 and 418 of 2014, pending on his file, on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on day to day basis, without giving any further adjournment and on passing orders in said HMOPs the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thiruchirapalli, is directed to report the same before this Court within a period of 10 days, thereafter."

5. No order as to costs.
