PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 2 and 3 or his officials from evicting the petitioner from his house situated in Survey No.154/1 in Mattaparai Village of Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District based on their proceedings in Na.Ka.No.32127/2019/D2 dated 10.03.2020 and the consequent proceedings of the BDO forwarded to the third respondent by a proceeding in Na.Ka.No.3437/17/T4 dated 19.04.2021 pending disposal of the petitioner's unnumbered Revision dated 26.04.2021 on the file of the first respondent.

************ [Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.] Eventhough the petitioner has raised other grounds to forbear the respondents from evicting the premises, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would be satisfied if the revisional authority is directed to dispose of the revision 2/5

preferred by the petitioner dated 26.04.2021, within a stipulated time.

2.In the light of the above, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the revision preferred by the petitioner dated 26.04.2021, if not already disposed of, within a period of three [3] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
