O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No.23988/2013/G2 dated nil.10.2014 and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to restore patta to the properties comprised in S.Nos.36/1, 7, 9, 10, 12, 37/3, 39/11, 33/11 and 33/13, Vavidamaruthur village, Vadipatti Taluk in Madurai District either in the petitioner's name or in the name of original owner Duraisamy Goundar pending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

disposal of the suit in O.S.No.141/09 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel for the respondents 4 and 5. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5 submitted that both parties will maintain status quo and work out their remedy after the disposal of the suit pending in O.S.No.141 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti.

4.In view of the said submission made on either side, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 to maintain status quo and work out their remedy after disposal of the suit O.S.No.141 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti. No costs. Consequently, MP(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
