ORDER

This writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission by dispensing with the notice on the 4th respondent, based on the submission of the learned counsel for the official respondents. 2.It appears that the petitioner and the wife of one Raju, who died, appear to have given a complaint before the Upiliyapuram Police Station and CSR numbers have been generated in respect of the complaints given by the petitioner and the wife of the said deceased Raju. Pursuant to the above, the matter was referred to the Tahsildar, Thuraiyur Taluk for taking steps. It appears that steps have been taken based on the representation dated 28.02.2022 of the petitioner.

3.Under these circumstances, I direct the official respondents herein as also the Tahsildar, Thuraiyur Taluk to act on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2022 and decide the case one way or the other within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that before passing such orders, the interest of the rival parties shall also be considered.

4.The writ petition stands disposed of, in terms of the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
