Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent vide his proceedings in Rc.No.813/08/B1/TUTI, dated 01.10.2015, which was gazetted in the Tamilnadu Government Gazette in Part VI-Section 3(a) vide No.VI-3(a)/108/2015, on 07.10.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to hold election for post of office bearership of Jamia Masjid Wakf, Tuticorin, for the period 2015-2018 as in the very same manner taken place in the year of 2012.
