O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation relating to the case in Crime No.205 of 2018 on the file of the third respondent to anyone of the Inspector of Police in nearer police stations for completing the investigation in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed stating that the case was closed as mistake of fact. A copy of the final report has also been produced before this Court.

3.In the light of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum.
