This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.74 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No.74 of 2020 and also filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Tirunelveli, on 23.11.2021 itself.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
