College of Nursing, run by Kavery Medical Trust, Trichy pursuant to the application dated 23.09.2014 and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit.

O R D E R

In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to grant educational loan to the petitioner's daughter namely S.Abinaya, Daughter of V.Sharma studying at B.Sc., Nursing 1st year in K.M.C. College of Nursing, run by Kavery Medical Trust, Trichy, pursuant to the application dated 23.09.2014.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an agriculturist and the petitioner's daughter is the first graduate person in the family.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner's daughter is first time graduate person, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner's daughter for educational loan and consider the same in accordance with IBI norms within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
