Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to renew the petitioner's license with respect to S.B.B.L., 32'' barrel 12 bore gun bearing license No.312/1 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court on the basis of communication of the fourth respondent to the first respondent made in Na.Ka.No.A1/1598/2014, dated 26.03.2014 on the petitioner's application dated 07.11.2012. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. The petitioner seeks a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to renew his license with respect to S.B.B.L., 32'' barrel 12 bore gun bearing license No.312/1, on the basis of communication of the fourth respondent to the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent made in Na.Ka.No.A1/1598/2014, dated 26.03.2014, on the petitioner's application dated 07.11.2012.

3. Today, when the Writ Petition is taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that already a notice, dated 09.02.2015, has been issued to the petitioner directing to him to appear for an enquiry, with relevant records, on 17.02.2015.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner will appear before the authority concerned on 17.02.2015 and the authority concerned will consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
