Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is carrying petty shop business by occupying shop No.33 that belongs to the first respondent/Corporation. Since it was hindrance to free flow of traffic and general public, the Corporation decided not to issue the license transfer order dated 22.09.2011. Seeking the said issuance, the writ petition came to be filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent on the strength of the counter affidavit stated that if the petitioner seeks an alternative place for the shop in the area around the Government Rajaji Hospital by submitting proper application, the same would be considered.

4.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
