[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM , J .] The petitioner has filed this petition to produce his wife and two minor children before this Court and set them at liberty. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represents that the petitioner's wife and two minor children appeared in HMOP.No.75/2017 before the Family Court, Trichy, on 21.03.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Therefore, we find there is no illegal detention. It is for the petitioner to work out his rights before the concerned Family Court.
