For Respondent : Mr.R.Srinivasan, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.286 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and 307 IPC in Crime No.286 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the Managing Trustee of Kamuthi Nadar Sangam and this petitioner is running a shop near Muthumariamman Temple West Gate and used to place the advertisement board in front of his shop and the same was objected by the defacto complainant. On 05.05.2021, there was some wordy quarrel arose between them, due to which the petitioner and other accused persons said to have unlawfully assembled and assaulted the defacto complainant and thereby caused injuries. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and there was some dispute with regard to the management of the Sangam, due to that motive, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

present false case has been foisted against the petitioner. Therefore, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police strongly opposed this petition on the ground that the injured person has been taking treatment as inpatient in the hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured person has been taking treatment as inpatient in the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
