2. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No.59 of 2013 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District, was disposed of by its decree and judgment, dated 19.12.2022.
3. In view of the above, in our considered opinion nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.
4. The statement of the learned counsel is placed on record.
5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
