Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 9(f), 9(1) and 10 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, in Crime No.9 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that complaints have been received from as many as eight girl students against the petitioner, who is their teacher. He also would state that statements under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., are going to be recorded.
