The petitioner has approached this Court that the complaint filed under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, has not been considered by the Court for more than 60 days. 1/4

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that this is a dispute between the landlord and the tenant. The petitioner, on the very same set of facts, has also lodged a complaint before the respondent police on 21.01.2024, which was treated as a petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.51 of 2024 and the same was closed. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed this complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing of this application, the learned Judicial Magistrate has now referred the complaint under Section 202 of Cr.P.C.

4.Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is closed.
