ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 11.12.2018 in I.A.No.449 of 2018 in O.S.No.58 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti.
2. This Court, by order dated 19.10.2023, called for a report from the concerned Principal District Judge with regard to the status of O.S.No.58 of 2016 in the trial Court. Accordingly, the Principal District Judge, Tuticorin has sent a report, wherein it is stated that the suit in O.S.No.58 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kovilpatti was disposed of by order dated 03.06.2022.
3. In view of the above, as already the suit itself was disposed of, in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
5. There shall be no order as to costs.
