ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the First Information Report pending against them, in Crime No.532 of 2015, on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that enquiry has been conducted in respect of Crime No.532 of 2015 and the same has been referred as 'mistake of facts', vide order dated 30.09.2015.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed as no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ further order is required to be passed. However, the petitioner is

at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
