ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to 1/4

direct the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.151 of 2023 dated 24.10.2023 on the file of the second respondent within a stipulated time.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complaint in this case and based on his complaint, a case in Crime No.151 of 2023 has been registered for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(2) of IPC. Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far not filed the final report. Hence, he has filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they have completed the investigation, but so for not filed the final report and they will file the final report within fifteen days.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to complete the investigation and to file the final report, the respondent police have already completed the investigation and seeks fifteen days time to file the final report before the concerned Court, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the second respondent to file the final report within fifteen days from the date of this order. 2/4

5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
