This Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14-A(2) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, as amended by Act 1 of 2016 against the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under SC/ST Act 1989 Ramanathapuram dated 17.02.2020 made in Crl.MP.198/2020 ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.C.Muthu Saravanan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, Additional Public prosecutor for the respondent Nos 1&2, this Court made the following order:

The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3331 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.162 of 2020 dated 23.06.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation and prayed that the condition to be relaxed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. In view of the above admission, this petition is allowed and the petitioners are directed to appear on every hearing date and as and when required by the respondent police.
