This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.470 of 2018 and to file a final report.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham. However, the same was not taken on file.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Natham, to take the final report on file, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
