ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.7 to register the petitioner's complaint based upon the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

3. On reading of the complaint dated 01.03.2016, it appears to be a civil dispute between the petitioner and opposite party and the dispute is with regard to the purchase of the property with his nephew. The alleged transaction has been taken place in the yea 2012. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the F.I.R. and since the dispute is essentially appears to be civil in nature, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register the F.I.R. on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.03.2016. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
