ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.373 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent police within a stipulated time.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the investigation officer present before this Court and assured that she will complete the investigation within one month.

3. Considering the request made by the investigation officer, this Court directs the second respondent to complete the investigation in this case and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order..

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
