ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th respondents immediately to take appropriate action against the petitioner's latest complaint dated 15.02.2016 and to direct the fourth respondent immediately take the complaint on file and register a F.I.R. against the accused for their illegal and unlawful activities.

2.This petition has come up today for admission. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents and I have also perused the records carefully.

3.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent that a case has been registered on 25.03.2016 in Crime No.65 of 2016, for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 323, 427, 379(NP) I.P.C. , on the file of the Valangaiman Police Station, Thanjavur, on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.02.2016. The said statement is recorded.

4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
