ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 and 2 herein to produce the body and person of the petitioner's wife, namely, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Ravina, wife of Sakthivel, aged about 19 years and the petitioner's son, namely, Thangamani, son of Sakthivel, aged 6 months old, from the illegal custody of the third respondent herein and produce before this Court and set them at liberty forthwith.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. The detenu has been produced by the respondent police along with the minor child. We have questioned her and she stated that she was not under illegal detention, but had gone out voluntarily and now, she is ready to join her husband.

4. Recording the stand taken by the detenu, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
