ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 323, 324, 506 (ii) and 379 of IPC in Crime No.192 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, the petitioners have come forward with this petition seeking anticipatory bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent police.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and hence, they seek anticipatory bail. The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that this is a case of case and counter. 4.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side), on instructions, submitted that totally there are three persons injured and out of them, two persons have been discharged from the hospital and one injured is still taking treatment in the hospital. Therefore, he strongly opposes for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the one injured has not been discharged from the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
