(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the respondents, not to start coir thread factory in the Government Poramboke land at Survey No.52 of Kattahi village, Karampakudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2.Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 5 submitted that coir thread factory is going to be started in a patta land, which was gifted by one of the members of Kattathi Coirs Producers Industrial Cooperative Society and produced the proceedings dated 20.01.2015 to that effect. 3.Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition. The Writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
