ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking orders to set aside the judgment and decree dated 13.02.2016 made in O.S.No.237 of 2013 of the Wakf Tribunal / Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this petition has been filed for the removal of the Muthavalli, Subsequently, the Muthavalli was removed. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
