[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.I.Robert Chandra Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.S.Sathya Chidambaram, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

2. The petitioner has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking direction upon the respondents 1 and 2 to produce his grandson / detenu, namely, Balasubramanian, son of Mahedran, aged about 17 years, before this Court and set him at liberty. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The respondent police produced the detenu, who is a minor. We have questioned the detenu. He stated that he gone out for his usual employment and now, he is ready and willing to go with his grandfather / petitioner and the petitioner is also ready to take care of him. Thus, we find that there is no illegal detention.
